The commitment to sustainability of Gissler & Pass, specialist in the corrugated cardboard and packaging industry, has been awarded the silver medal by EcoVadis, the world’s biggest provider of sustainability ratings.
This means that the family-run company based in Jülich is among the best 25 % of all the rated companies, having received 64 out of 100 achievable points. In an industry comparison, among rated manufacturers of packaging supplies made of corrugated cardboard, paper and cardboard, Gissler & Pass is even in the top 10 percent.
For the rating, EcoVadis examines the management processes in the four areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. This independent evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility activities confirms to all stakeholders of Gissler & Pass that we act responsibly towards the environment, climate and society.
