Packaging and displays made of corrugated board are largely made of recycled material, only about 20 % are virgin fibres. It could hardly be more environmentally friendly – and yet, despite numerous measures taken along the entire value chain, climate-damaging gases are still released around the manufacturing process. In order to produce packaging with the label “climate neutral”, the CO2 consumed must be saved elsewhere.

Climate change is currently one of the biggest challenges. We take responsibility and make a concrete contribution to climate protection: In cooperation with ClimatePartner, we calculated the emissions of our L’OrĂ©al promotion display and then offset them via the climate protection project Forest Protection in April-Salumei, Papua New Guinea.
