The team at Gissler & Pass is delighted that all three submissions impressed the jury of the shop! D-A-CH Award and have been nominated. The creative and diverse selection of displays and packaging was presented in short videos.
Barrel display, Eggers & Franke
Caribbean feeling at the POS. This eye-catching ¼-Chep display conjures up images of paradise beaches and creates a direct link to the product thanks to its wooden barrel look.
Founded in 1703 on the Caribbean island of Barbados, Mount Gay Rum is the world’s oldest rum and offers an unparalleled taste experience with notes of tropical fruits, spices, and a hint of oak from aging in whiskey barrels.
The loosely glued struts of the display create the right effect and closely resemble the real staves of a wooden barrel. In combination with the high-quality digital print, this display is a real eye-catcher.
Big Deal display, L’Oréal Germany
This high-quality secondary placement for the product launch of a new mascara reflects the brand’s premium claim with its modern design language.
The central eye-catcher of the POS display is the unusual mascara brush in XXL format. Finished with a sustainable, recyclable film in the same rose shade as the mascara, the oversized brush closely resembles the original.
The product is attractively displayed on integrated pedestals, and the slanted positioning of the testers makes them easy for customers to access. A sophisticated substructure ensures high stability.
Influencer box, Gerolsteiner
The limited edition ‘Gerolsteiner Tee Granatapfel’ was to be promoted in an eye-catching way via social media and influencers for its launch. For this purpose, an unusual gift box with an exotic design was developed, which offers recipients a great wow effect when they unpack it. Keyword: unboxing.
Gerolsteiner distributed the gift boxes specifically to influencers who promote such new products. As the high-quality box was only sent to an exclusive target group, it was produced in high-quality digital print on both sides. The inlay and the clever bottle fixation in the lid ensure that the bottles are transported upright and securely.

At the award ceremony in May 2025, Gissler & Pass and its customers will find out whether the three submissions will be awarded gold, silver, or bronze.
