Gissler & Pass was honored with three gold awards at the prestigious shop! D-A-CH Awards 2025. The awards ceremony took place on May 15 at the Pegelbar in Neuss. The winners were the “Big Deal” display for L’Oréal Germany, the Influencer Box for Gerolsteiner, and the barrel display for Eggers & Franke.
“This triple gold award is a great success for our entire team. It confirms our passion for creative, sustainable, and brand-strong POS solutions. I would like to express my special thanks to our customers for the trust they have placed in us and for their partnership, without which such projects would not be possible,” said Thomas Gissler-Weber, Managing Director of Gissler & Pass. “And, of course, this is also an outstanding achievement by our packaging developers, who use their extensive expertise and wealth of ideas to create solutions that are not only functional but also emotionally appealing.”
Video instead of on-site evaluation: creativity wins out digitally
As in previous years, entries for the competition were submitted exclusively in the form of videos. In the clips, entrants had to impressively convey what makes their display or packaging unique, effective, and worthy of an award. Gissler & Pass won over the jury with its innovative design, material expertise, and sales-boosting presentation.
The award-winning projects at a glance:
Big Deal display for L’Oréal Germany
For the launch of a new mascara, Gissler & Pass developed a high-quality secondary placement display featuring an oversized mascara brush in the same rose color as the product. The sustainable, recyclable film and the slanted positioning of the testers ensure an appealing presentation and easy handling for customers.
Influencer-Box for Gerolsteiner
For the launch of the limited edition “Gerolsteiner Tee Granatapfel” (pomegranate tea), an exotically designed gift box was developed and sent specifically to influencers. The box, printed on both sides in high-quality digital print, offers secure transport and an impressive unboxing effect thanks to a clever inlay and a special bottle holder in the lid.
Barrel display for Eggers & Franke
The ¼-Chep display in a wooden barrel design brings Caribbean flair to the point of sale. Inspired by Mount Gay Rum, the oldest rum in the world, the display creates an authentic barrel look with loosely glued struts and high-quality digital printing, thus attracting the attention of customers.
These awards underscore Gissler & Pass’s leading role in the development of innovative and effective POS solutions. The company would like to thank all its partners and customers for their successful cooperation.
